The EUR 1 pneumatic pump is a single-acting pump suitable for all applications. The maximum amount of grease supplied during every pumping cycle is 30 cm³ (an amount that is approximately sufficient for 100 lubrication nozzles).
During each cycle, the pump supplies the amount of grease required by the meters, thus preventing the output of additional amounts while the cycle is running and in idle mode.
The pump does not require specific calibration and can be used to supply a number of meters ranging from 1 to 100. A low grease level and system faults are indicated by the lighting of the yellow LED on the timer, which is then controlled by the piston limit switch contact placed inside the pump.
